I am a medicine, certified psychotherapist, and practitioner in integrative medicine. For over ten years, I have been guiding individuals, women, and organizations toward balance, clarity, and serenity through a holistic approach to well-being.
My journey has taken me from clinical medicine to public health, then to psychotherapy and coaching. These experiences have led me to a deep conviction: true health is born from harmony between body, mind, and emotions.
Continuing education is a commitment I hold dear, allowing me to offer an increasingly integrative and comprehensive therapeutic approach.
